Breven Homes is a family-owned design-build company led by two brothers with a shared vision: build exceptional homes and deliver an experience that actually lives up to the investment. After years of watching homeowners deal with missed timelines, budget surprises, and broken trust, we decided to do it differently.
We built Breven Homes around one core belief—how you build matters just as much as what you build. From first conversation to final walkthrough, our process is designed to be clear, structured, and proactive. No guesswork, no surprises, no cutting corners. Just honest communication, disciplined execution, and a standard that consistently exceeds expectations.
Founded in 2020 during one of the most volatile construction environments in recent history, we didn’t wait for perfect conditions—we built through them. That experience shaped how we operate today: prepared, transparent, and accountable at every step.
Our goal is simple: every client should look back on the process with confidence, not stress—and walk into a home that delivers exactly what they envisioned, if not more.
BUILT INTO OUR DNA
We grew up around residential construction—it’s what we know. Our dad was in the industry, so job sites, plans, and build conversations were part of everyday life.
That foundation carried forward in different ways: Steven went on to build hundreds of homes and develop deep expertise in execution, while Bryan gained a full-scope understanding of the business—from sales and client experience to operations and strategy.
Breven Homes was the natural result of that background and perspective coming together.
Today, we’re in growth mode with a clear focus: bring more families into a process that’s structured, transparent, and built to deliver homes—and experiences—that exceed expectations.
